When Will the Umpqua Hot Springs Reopen?

The Umpqua hot springs are some of the most popular in Oregon, and for good reason. The pools of Umpqua are breathtakingly beautiful as about 8 separate pools are nestled into a hillside overlooking the forest and Umpqua river.

Umpqua Hot Springs Closure

Unfortunately, the Umpqua hot springs are currently closed. The reasons for this are both recent wildfire damage as well as Covid-19 issues.

Umpqua Hot Springs Reopening

The Umpqua hot springs are expected to reopen in 2022. For the latest updates on exactly when the Umpqua hot springs will reopen you can contact the Diamond Lake Ranger station (541) 498-2531 or Toketee Ranger Station (541) 498-2531. Additional updates may be found on the Umpqua National Forest website.
